Saint George

I know it is not St. George, but... next Friday the students of Year 5 will do a puppet show for Cicle Inicial about the legend of Saint George and the Dragon. It is a version written by them, with a “poshy” princess, a coward knight, a dragon that loves sweets and a "burger castle". Do not miss it!

Ja se que no és Sant Jordi, però... el proper divendres els alumnes de cinquè faran una representació amb titelles de la llegenda de Sant Jordi i el Drac. Una versió inventada per ells, amb una princesa una mica bleda, un cavaller molt poc valent, un drac que menja “xuxes” i un castell amb forma d'hamburguesa. No us ho perdeu!

WE MADE A DIORAMA AND PLAYED WITH THE TOYS (vam fer un diorama i vam jugar amb els animals de joguina).  WE TOOK SOME PHOTOS AND RECORDED OUR VOICES (vam fer fotografies i vam enregistrar les nostres veus). AND THAT'S IT! THE VIDEO IS HERE!

In Year 2 we have "retold" this nice story and this is the result! ( A segon hem fet una adaptació d'aquesta història i aquest és el resultat!).
We have painted, cut out, stick, took photos and we recorded our voices in the computer. (Hem pintat, retallat, enganxat, fet fotos i hem gravat les nostres veus a l'ordinador)

Bugs (bitxos)

Children from grade 2 did a little research about "Bugs" (bitxos). We watched some of them in the computer of the classroom and classified them into insects, arachnids and molluscs. After that, they drew them and wrote a short description.
The display looked great!
